GoFreight Driver Privacy Policy

Applicable To: Freight drivers registered on the GoFreight platform

1. Driver Personal Information Collection Scope

We only collect necessary information directly related to transportation services:

2. Sensitive Data Processing Rules

2.1 Driving Route Data

Continuous collection: GPS positioning is mandatory during transportation tasks
Data anonymization: Precise coordinates are deleted within 72 hours after trip completion (only administrative-level route information is retained)

3. Sensitive Permission Application Rules

GPS Location Permission: Used for transportation safety monitoring, route optimization, and enabling drivers to report their location to cargo owners at any time.

Camera and Photo Album Permission: Used for drivers to upload weighing photos, transportation handover documents, and exception reporting images during transportation.

Message Notification Permission: Used to remind drivers of order progress updates, new orders, and timely safety reporting notifications.

4. Driver Data Rights

4.1 Data Access Rights

Real-time query of collected driving data

4.2 Limited Refusal Rights

Can disable collection of non-safety data
Cannot disable safety data collection (GPS positioning)

4.3 Deletion Rights

5. Child Information Protection

Absolute Prohibition Clause:

Persons under 23 years old are prohibited from registering as freight drivers
System automatically blocks age-inappropriate ID information

6. Log Data

When you use this application, if the application encounters errors, it will collect data and information from your phone (through third-party products), which is called log data. Such log data may include your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, application configuration when using the application, the time and date of your use of the application, and other statistical information.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

8. Policy Updates

Major changes (such as adding fingerprint collection) will be communicated through:
